Meet Amy Rapone, RD

Hi there! I'm Amy - a mom and founder of RadLove Nutrition. I have a zest for helping people nourish their bodies. As a fat woman, a title I consider as a neutral descriptor, I spent too much of my life on hold while waiting for the next diet or workout plan to help it change - yes, even those “lifestyle changes.” In fact, that’s why I initially became a dietitian. I went back to school in my mid-twenties and decided if I really wanted to change my body, I needed to study it.

Perhaps needless to say, here I am, still in a larger body. I’ve learned that it is far less about the size or shape of the body but how we talk to our bodies and how we talk about nourishment that makes the greater impact on our health.

I started RadLove Nutrition because the work I had done with folks with eating disorders truly changed my life and career for the better.

I knew I wanted to continue to grow my work and make room for those who typical eating disorder treatment leaves behind; those most marginalized.

RadLove Nutrition specializes not only in those with eating disorders, but also folks who are looking for a weight neutral approach to their nutrition and body image work.
