You're committed to a more fat positive or body neutral world, but there is just something that is preventing you to applying all you know to yourself.

I've been cultivating this extension of RadLove called Defy Discomfort because I want people to find joy in their lives in the bodies they are in now and start to figure out how the world of body acceptance can work for them.
This Defy Discomfort Mini Series covers three of the basics to help people through their individual process in letting go of the discomfort and negative thoughts they have about their bodies.
Each of these sessions will be covering the topic in a virtual, live group session with time for Q+A from attendees. Sessions will also be recorded for those unable to attend.
In Session One, we will be discussing how to Build Body Acceptance. What acceptance may look like for us individually and realizing there is no one way to do it right. Live Event has past - recording and PDF worksheet available.
In Session Two on August 10th at 12:30pm EST, we will be discussing Advocating for your Body. Whether it's for healthcare, family gatherings, or at work, let's get talking about it!
In Session Three on September 6th at 8:00pm EST, we will be talking about how we can engage in all the different types of Pleasure despite still working through our Body Discomfort.
